A robust variety from the Carpathian basin, based on the famous Tokaji aszú. In the Lake Balaton area, it shows its gentler face presenting more mature aromas and kinder acids than the one in Tokaj. Quince, apricot, honey notes can be detected. A true gastro wine. The grape was harvested on Les Hill. This vineyard is located in one of the driest regions of Balaton, which is also referred to as the Sahara of Balaton. This wine has been tested for histamine and has a low histamine content, so even people sensitive to histamine can drink it much more confidently.
