A robust variety from the Carpathian basin, based on the famous Tokaji aszú. In the Balaton highlands, it shows its gentler face presenting more mature aromas and kinder acids than the one in Tokaj. Quince, apricot, honey notes can be detected. A true gastro wine which goes perfectly with Central European food: a good chicken paprikash, puddle or Polish meat pierogi. Those who are more adventurous can also try it with Chinese steamed dumplings. The grapes come from strictly controlled organic farming. The crop was harvested on Les Hill. This vineyard is located in one of the driest regions of Balaton, which is also referred to as the Sahara of Balaton. This wine has been tested for histamine and has a low histamine content, so even people sensitive to histamine can drink it much more confidently.
