A real Welschriesling from Balatonudvari. After a restrained, neutral start, the crunchy, juicy pear and the almond from the Balaton Highlands take over, but only in an elegant, gentlemanly way, no pretentiousness. Firm acids, round sip, long finish. The grapes come from strictly controlled organic farming. The crop was harvested on Les Hill. This vineyard is located in one of the driest regions of Balaton, which is also referred to as the Sahara of Balaton. This wine has been tested for histamine and has a low histamine content, so even people sensitive to histamine can drink it much more confidently.
