As a result of organic farming and spontaneous fermentation, this special wine is characterized by naturalness, high complexity, and the elegant minerality of the Les-Hegy terroir. The grapes come from strictly controlled organic farming. The crop was harvested on Les Hill. This vineyard is located in one of the driest regions of Balaton, which is also referred to as the Sahara of Balaton. This wine has been tested for histamine and has a low histamine content, so even people sensitive to histamine can drink it much more confidently.
